The cookies are filled with lots of flavor but made with a surprise! These softy chewy cookies are made with box cake mix!
A simple but easy recipe that can be easily made!
Box cake mix can make the perfect cookies as long as you add your own flavor and spin to the mix!
Ingredients
Cookies
1 Betty Crocker Strawberry Box Cake Mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cups of melted butter or oil
2 table spoons of vanilla extract
Frosting
1 package of cream cheese
1 table spoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cups of powder sugar
Crunch
All purpose flour
1 package of vanilla puddin
1 package of strawberry jello
STEP 1
Mix together both eggs, vanilla and melted butter on a low speed. Until all ingredients are combined.
STEP 2
Preheat oven to 350
Add in cake mix and mix until the mixture is a dough consistency.
STEP 3
Use a cookies scooper to scoop even dough ball onto a baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 12 minuets or until the cookies start to crumble.
STEP 4
With a baking sheet add your flour and spread it evenly across the sheet.
Add both packages on vanilla pudding and strawberry jello to pan separating both on opposites of the pan.
Add melted butter until mixture crumbles together.
Bake in the oven for 15 minuets
STEP 5
Once mixture is cooled and out of them oven use a fork and mix both side until small crumbles are formed.
STEP 6
Add your cream cheese, vanilla and powder sugar in a bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Now assemble your cookie!
STEP 7
Grab a cookie put your cream cheese mixture on top then dip your cookie inside the crumble mix.
