These oreo cookies and the best filled with chunks of Oreo cookies in every bite!
A sweet classic twist with Oreo cookie chunks inside, not overly sweet but soft and chewy!

Ingredients
1 cup of unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cups of crushed Oreo cookie
2 large eggs
2 table spoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of white chocolate chips
STEP 1
In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt together.
STEP 2
Crush 5-8 Oreos in a zip lock bag, into small chunks.
Scoop the cream from the middle and add back to the cookie dough later on.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl beat butter and both sugar until fully combined . Add your eggs and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
STEP 4
Combine flour mixture with egg mixture mix until combined. Add in Oreo cream. Mix in chocolate chips.
STEP 5
Refrigerate for 15 minuets!
STEP 6
Preheat oven to 350
Using a cookie scooper scoop even 1in cookies on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minuets or until golden brown.
STEP 7
Once cookies are out of the oven set aside to cool for 5 minuets. Then place on a cooling rack to cool for 15 minutes for remainder of time.
