These cookies are and sweet and savory with a surprise of raspberry bites.

A perfect treat for the fall, paring great with a relaxing evening by the fire pit.
** For best results leave butter out to soften to come to room temperature.
Ingredients
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 teaspoons of baking soda
2 table spoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cups of brown sugar
1/4 of pure cane sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cups of fresh raspberries
1/2 cups of white chocolate chips
STEP 1
Cream both sugars and butter on medium spread in a large bowl.
Add in vanilla.
STEP 2
Add the egg and salt and turn mixing bowl speed to low.
Next add the baking soda, add the flour in slowly to control the mixtures texture.
Rinse berries to prepare for baking.
STEP 3
Preheat oven to 350
Now with the fully mixed dough refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Once dough is chilled fold in chocolate chips and raspberries to mixture.
STEP 4
Scoop even 1 inch dough balls on a baking sheet placing them evenly apart for even baking.
Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown cookies have formed.
