Tips for a perfect cookies:
Using soften butter allows the cookie to form perfectly.
Allow your dough to chill for 15mins for firm dough as your scooping and placing the dough on a cookie sheet.
Optional Topping:
Personally I love to top my cookie with a hint of chocolate and Reese Cups.
Other topping can include: Pretzels, Chocolate chips, and M&M's
Ingredients:
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1cup of unsalted butter
1cup of packed brown sugar
1cup of packed pure cane sugar
2eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch of salt
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 355 degrees.
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together in a bowl add in egg one at a time
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix flour,baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir into butter mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
** Optional Step: Add various topping listed above for a more flavorful cookie
Step 3
Use a cookies scooper to scoop even 1 inch dough balls into a baking sheet. Flatten each dough ball with the palm of you hand or spoon. Bake for 10 minuets or until the cookies began to brown.
Allow the cookies to chill for 5 min and move to a baking rack until completely cool.
