This easy pancake recipe leaves your pancake's fluffy, moist with a buttery cinnamon taste!

A quick and easy recipe with only 3 major steps, and this recipe is very versatile your can add your own topping on top and in the inside.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
2 table spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cups of 2% milk
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
** Additional toppings can be added to for your liking such as fruit, candy or mini chocolate chips!
STEP 1
In a large bowl sift together your flour cinnamon , baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix until all is combined
Melt you butter
STEP 2
I'm the same bowl make a hole in the middle of the bowl and add your milk, melted butter,and egg.
Mix ingredients until combined.
For a fluffy consistency allow your mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Heat a griddle pan or a cast iron skillet spraying nonstick oil inside the pan or add melted butter to the pan.
STEP 4
Pour 1/4 cups of batter into the heated griddle and all each side to cookie for 3 minutes on each side or until light brown and firm.
Lastly add your favorite toppings on top and Enjoy!
