These Cinnamon Rolls are soft, gooui with a warm cinnamon filling.

Tips: These are best enjoyed warm with a nice cold glass of milk!
Ingredients
Dough
1/4 packages yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 scaled milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup of shortening or butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 cups of flour
Filling
1/2 cups of melted butter, plus more for the pan
3/4 cups of pure cane sugar
3 table spoons ground cinnamon
Glaze
1 box cream cheese
2 cups of powdered sugar
11/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEP 1:
Dough
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast with the warm water and set aside.
In a large bowl mix milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and egg. Add in 2 cups of flour and yeast mix until smooth. Next add reminder of flour until dough is easy to handle.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 8 minutes.
Place dough ball in a well greased bowl, cover set aside to let the dough doubled in size for a hour!
STEP 2
Filling
Now that the dough has double punch down the dough ball. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured surface into 15 by 9 inch rectangle.
Spread melted butter all over dough. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and evenly sprinkle over the buttered dough.
STEP 3
Began to roll dough, rolling and a pinching the ends to create one log.
Cut into 12 - 15 slices depending on how large you want your cinnamon rolls.
Set aside cream cheese to soften!
STEP 4
Coat the bottom of a baking pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar, Place cinnamon rolls slices close together in the pan and let them rise until dough has doubles for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350
Bake Cinnamon rolls for 30 minuets or until light brown
STEP 5
Mix together soften cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Once cinnamon rolls are out the oven, set to cool and spread glaze on top or each roll
