This is my favorite blueberry crumble because of the incredible taste, its not overly sweet with a perfect balance of sweet and sour from the blueberries. Made in 5 easy steps this crumble will knock you off your feet.
Ingredients:
Blueberry Mix
2 containers of fresh blueberries
2 tables spoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
3 tablespoon all- purpose flour
1teaspoon of cinnamon
Crumble Mix
1 1/2 cups of cinnamon oats
1/4 cup of pure can sugar
1/3 cups of packed brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 stick of unsalted cold butter
STEP 1
Wash blueberries, then toss washed berries with lemon juice and zest and set aside
STEP 2
In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, flour and cinnamon and toss in berry mixture and combine until all berries are evenly coated. Pour mixture into a baking dish
STEP 3
Crumble/ Preheat oven 350
In a food processor or by hand combine flour, sugars and salt. Slowly adding butter cubes mixing until pea sized balls are made
STEP 4
Transfer mixture to a bowl and add oats mixing with your hands making large crumbles.
STEP 5
Add crumble mixture to the top of blueberries covering evenly.
Bake on 350 for 45 minuets. The blueberries should be bubbling and the edges should be golden brown.
Let the crumble set for 15 to allow the juices to thicken

Lastly Enjoy!
