This scrumptious Banana Nut Bread is so moist with just the right amount of banana, walnuts and just a touch if cinnamon.
A classic banana bread recipe with the perfect amount of sweetness and hits of cinnamon flavor.
** For the best result you must allow your bananas to overly ripen. They need to sit for at least 8 days or until the skin on the bananas are competently brown.
Ingredients
4 overly ripe bananas
1/2 cups of margarine
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cups of 2% milk or whole milk
2 cups of flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cups of chopped walnuts
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
STEP 1
Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add vanilla, milk and eggs. Next pill all bananas and smash them in a small bowl and adding cinnamon to mixture.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients.
Next combine both dry and wet mixtures. Mix until fully combined.
STEP 3
Preheat oven to 355
Next evenly grease a loaf pan, and add sheet of baking paper inside.
STEP 4
Transfer mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle walnut on top of mixture.
Bake for 50 to 1 hour.
Around the 45 minuets mark check the middle to see if the bread has set.
STEP 5
Once the bread is out of the oven allow it to completely cool before cutting.
Lastly Enjoy!
