These mini apples pies are prefect for a quick and easy treat with flavorful filling.
Mini Apple Pie's are perfect for those who love apple pie but cant eat a whole pie and are best served with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
2 granny smith apples
2 honey crisp apples
1/3 cups of unsalted butter
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar spice
1 package of Pillsbury crescent dough
** 1/2 of a fresh lemon, this is a optional ingredient
STEP 1
Wash and chop apples, on medium- low heat add apple and butter to a pot a simmer on medium- low heat. Freshly squeezed lemon is optional but not required but can elevated the flavor.
STEP 2
Once apples have began to soften add cinnamon sugar spice mixture.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes
STEP 3
Preheat oven to 350
Open and spread crescent rolls. Smear butter inside a muffin pan.
STEP 4
Place crescent rolls into the muffin pan, pressing the dough down to the bottom.
Now add the apple mixture on top and bake for 13 minuets.
STEP 5
Once the mini apple pies are finished and cooled serve with vanilla ice cream
