Homemade Ice Cream- strawberry edition.

jazztastytreats

This simple quick and easy recipe that only requires 3 main ingredients and no churn machine.

Ice cream is my favorite but sometimes I don't feel like going to the store, so this recipe requires no churn or ice cream machine to make.

TIPS: Any topping can be added to the mix, I added strawberries however this can easily be made a regular vanilla ice cream.

Cream, you can easily over whipp your cream. On high speed mix but watch carefully and not to over mix!

Allow your icecream to fully set and freeze for atleast 5-6 hours to allow the sugar to crystallize.

** Store in a freezer safe container and the ice cream is good for 3 weeks if stored properly!!

  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream

  • 1 1/2 table spoons of vanilla extract
