Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

A sweet, gooui, soft and chewy cookie.


This cookies are a elevated version of a chocolate chips cookies with a sweet chewy center.


** The amount of caramel is options you can add as many pieces or as little pieces.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter

  • 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

  • 2 table spoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cups of brown sugar

  • 1/4 cups of pure cane sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 bag of Weather Originals


STEP 1

Cream together butter and both sugars on medium to low speed.


STEP 2

Add vanilla extract and egg.


STEP 3

Mix in baking soda and flour adding flour slowly to the dough mixture until the mixture is fully combined.


STEP 4

Preheat oven to 350


Add chocolate chips to dough mixture.

Refrigerate the cookie dough for 15 minutes until the dough is cold and firm.


STEP 5

Once dough is chilled, scoop even 1 inch ball and flatten. Take 1-2 caramel pieces and place on top of flatten dough. Next scoop 1 more 1 inch ball and place on top covering the caramel piece completely.


STEP 6

Roll each flatten dough into a ball for even baking; making sure no caramel is exposed to prevent spilling.


STEP 7

Bake the cookie dough for 13 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

Once the cookies are out the oven let the cool for 5 minutes, then transfer cookies to baking rack.


STEP 8

Once cookies are completely cooled, pour yourself a cold glass of milk
