Blondie Brownies

These brownies are a combination of a classic gouii tasty brownie and hints of a caramel brown sugar goodness that everyone will enjoy!
A easy treat to make and it there is no mixer required and only uses 8 ingredients!

TIPS: Brown butter, allow the rich caramel taste to pop in the batter.
Room temperature eggs make for the best baking results; allow your eggs ti set our for at least 30 minuets to a hour.
Check the freshness of all your ingredients, flour cocoa powder and vanilla can expire!
Its better to use a bowl and mix by as this can be easily become over mixed using a stand mixer.
Ingredients
Brownie Mix
1 large egg
1 table spoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of pure cane sugar
6 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
6 teaspoon of unsalted butter (melted)
6 table spoons of light brown sugar
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
Blondie Mix
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cups of light brown sugar
6 tablespoons of pure cane sugar
1/2 cups of all purpose flour
6 teaspoons of unsalted butter (melted)
a pinch of salt
STEP 1: Brownie Mix
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine melted butter and both sugars and mix until the sugar has made a smooth paste.
STEP 2: Add your vanilla extract, egg to the bowl and whisk until combined. Add your flour, salt and cocoa powder to the mixture and whisk the mixture until all ingredients are combined, but be careful do not over mix the batter.
STEP 3 Blondie Mix
In a separate bowl add your melted butter and sugars and mix until a paste is formed. Add your vanilla and egg and whisk together. Now whisk in your flour and salt and do not over mix
STEP 4
Evenly butter a 8*8 baking pan, adding parchment paper for easy removal!
Now its time to combine both mixture, scope both mixture into the baking dish alternating scopes: so one scope brownie another scope blondie until both batter have filled the dish.
Bake for 25- 30 minutes; around the 20 minuets mark using a tooth pick check the batter if the tooth come out with a lot of loose batter continue to bake!
STEP 5: Once the Blondie is out of the oven all the blondie to completely cool before cutting.
